Mission
To encourage and enhance cultural life and public art in the Kenosha area through facilitation, recognition, and financial support.

Activities
The Arts Committee has established the following objectives to carry out its mission:

  • Development and publication of a comprehensive inventory of artists, arts organizations, and cultural resources in Kenosha County.
  • Creation of a Website to promote communication among people engaged or interested in the arts.
  • Financial resource development to increase the principal of the Arts Fund and enhance the Foundation's capacity to provide financial support to the arts.
  • Development of a process for annual grant-making from the Arts Fund.
  • Volunteer recruitment and formalization of the Arts Fund volunteer structure.

Kenosha Sculpture Walk

The Arts Fund is excited to present the inaugural installation of the Sculpture Walk-HarborPark, the largest outdoor public art project in Kenosha's history. Nine sculptures have been selected to be on exhibit from 2011-2013 in the promenade of Kenosha's HarborPark.

Sculpture Walk-HarborPark is intended to be an ever-changing exhibition of sculptures. It is funded through private donations. If you would like to support the project, please contact the Foundation office at 262-654-2412 or email: artsfund@kenoshafoundation.org.
