Music Compositions Commissioned by the Foundation

Through the vision and leadership of our late Executive Director, Robert Schneider, since 2014, the Foundation has commissioned seven compositions created by young composers.*

Each composer was an attendee of the Fresh Inc Music Festival, organized and led members of by the Fifth House Ensemble, and held each June at the UW-Parkside.

The commissions for the compositions and their live performance premieres were funded by grants from the Foundation’s Community Awareness Fund and the TST Fund for Cultural Projects (a donor-advised fund).
